There have been many big-time linebackers produced by the state of Michigan over the years. Current NFL stars who developed at high schools throughout Michigan include Grand Rapids Ottawa Hills' David Harris, Saginaw's LaMarr Woodley and Detroit Southeastern's Bart Scott. Legendary greats include Owosso's Brad Van Pelt, Flint Beecher's Carl Banks and Flint Southwestern's Reggie Williams.
